Key Duties
Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising.
Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met.
Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans.
Maintaining IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
