OTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure guests have a excellent experience and the store is clean, stocked and welcoming.

This rapid-paced role requires the ability to multi-task, work overnight shifts on Tuesdays, and be versatile with hours including weekends.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods and eager to learn about our products and promotions. You will interact with customers, handle queries, and support the team in daily operations.
