THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Team Member based in Ormeau. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade team - reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

This is a full time role – working Monday – Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a protected working environment

ABOUT YOU
Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry




Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
