About the role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing and sales-support engine room running — client reporting, ad trafficking, sales collateral, B2B lead generation campaigns, and outbound eDMs. You'll work closely with the GM Brand & Marketing, making sure our campaigns are well-targeted, our reporting is accurate, and our proposals look sharp.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone with a genuine eye for design who's organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between creative tasks (decks, campaigns) and operational ones (reporting, CRM updates) in the same day.

What you'll be doing
B2B lead generation campaigns: planning and executing email and digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads
Sales & outbound eDMs:



building and sending Mailchimp campaigns promoting our own products and offerings
Client campaign management: activating paid client campaigns including sponsored eDMs and website banners and performance reporting for advertising/media clients
Presentations & deck management: creating and maintaining sales presentations and pitch decks
Proposal development: supporting proposal documents for prospective clients

What we're looking for
2+ years' experience in a marketing role
Mailchimp experience
A solid eye for design — you notice when something looks off before it goes out
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple deadlines across different priorities
Explicit written communication — you'll be producing client-facing material
Nice to have: experience with Hub Spot or CRM platforms
