Nebula Living is a family-owned soft furnishings studio specialising in custom drapery, blinds, cushions, throws, headboards, pelmets and upholstery. We focus on quality, timely delivery and fair pricing through an in-house workroom and contemporary manufacturing methods.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-studio and remote consultations, understanding client style, functional needs and budget
Recommend suitable fabrics, hardware and treatments
Prepare accurate quotes and manage orders end-to-end
Requirements
Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Robust communication and customer service skills
Retail sales, interior design, home furnishings or related experience is advantageous but not required.
Full training and support will be provided.
