Medical Receptionist – General Practice – Northbridge Medical Centre

Northbridge Medical Centre is a well-established private billing general practice located in Northbridge. We are currently looking for a reliable and hard-working medical receptionist to join our friendly team of supporting staff. Position is available now. Remuneration will be offered based on experiences.

Previous medical receptionist experience is preferred, but not essential.

The working hours are negotiable but we looking for a part time staff between 15 to 30 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities:
Communicating with patients on the phone and in person
Managing the reception and waiting room
Arranging appointments and receiving payments from patients
Using medical software for data entry and billings




Managing clinical documents and other general administration duties.
Communicating with other administration staff, nurses and doctors
Willingness to learn the necessary duties
Understand and able to adhere to the policy set by the practice
Value team work and ability to work collaboratively with other administration staff, nurses and doctors.
Motivated, driven with “can-do” attitude
No previous experience is required. We will provide all necessary on the job training
