Permanent Full-Time - Afternoon 2PM Shift Mon-Fri
Modern Fleet of Heavy Vehicles
Competitive hourly rate + afternoon shift loading + additional allowances
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of heavy vehicles
Conduct scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure fleet safety and compliance
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Maintain accurate service records using fleet management systems
Support workshop safety and cleanliness in line with WHS policies
Carry out basic welding and grinding work as required
Qualifications
Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic / Diesel Fitter (Cert III or equivalent)
A valid HR licence (advantageous)
Strong understanding of hydraulics and electrics
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and cost‑effectively
Experience with fleet maintenance and running repairs
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
