The Role
Serving customers on the trade counter
Handling phone and email enquiries
Processing orders,quotesand backorders
Building strong customer relationships
Learning systems and branch operations

Over time, there will be opportunities to grow into other areas of the business,



including accounts payable orexternal sales.

About You
Previouscustomer service,tradeor sales experience preferred
Electrical or wholesale industry exposure is beneficial but not essential
Robust communicationskills and a good attitude
Reliable,proactiveand willing to learn
Comfortable working in a team setting
Current driver'slicenceand reliable transport
Full Australian working rights
