Water Corporation is seeking a motivated Credit Strategy - Support Officer to join our Customer Service team in a permanent part time capacity (0.6 FTE), with hours 9:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will help manage mercantile portfolios, returned accounts, and daily collections while delivering fair outcomes for customers and the business.

This role offers real flexibility including work-from-home options, a 9-day fortnight, and a focus on work-life balance.
