Desired Skills & Experience
Proven hospitality leadership experience in a café,
bar or fast‑paced venue.
Solid barista skills and confidence in creating consistently excellent coffee.
Current RSA qualification and commitment to responsible service.
Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
