Responsibilities
Ensure kitchen quality standards are always met.
Support recruitment, training, and development of all kitchen crew.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with P&L; results including COGS, Labor, Operating Expenses.
Adhere to all food safety and WH&S; policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Experience in a busy hospitality kitchen or cooking role.
Leadership experience developing a team.
Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
Positive understanding of food safety concerns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
