The Rose & Crown Hotel in Guildford is WA’s oldest operating hotel and a multi-award-winning dining venue, including the 2025 Gold Plate Award for Best Restaurant within a Hotel.

We are recruiting for two separate positions:

Chef de Partie – Cold Larder

Level 4–5 | Casual or full-time

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to manage or support our cold larder section, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:
Managing or assisting with the cold larder section
Preparing salads, starters, garnishes and desserts
Restaurant, function and general kitchen preparation
Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and food safety

You will be organised, reliable and capable of managing your own section in a busy commercial kitchen.





Wood-Fired Pizza Chef & Prep Cook

Level 4 | Casual | Minimum 24–30 hours per week

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking wood-fired pizzas
Dough preparation, stretching bases and adding toppings
Completing general kitchen preparation before service
Maintaining consistency, cleanliness and food-safety standards

Previous pizza-making experience is preferred; however, additional training can be provided to a capable chef or experienced cook.

Both positions require availability across weekdays and weekends.
