Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Plant Operator/Labourer to join our Works team on a casual basis. This is a hands‑on role contributing directly to the construction and maintenance of the Shire’s roads, drainage, and other infrastructure, helping deliver high‑quality outcomes for our local community.
Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of civil works, including operating and maintaining plant and general works to support the Shire’s capital and maintenance programs.
Contribute to construction and maintenance of roads, drainage and other infrastructure.
Learn and build plant operation skills under the guidance of experienced staff.

Remuneration
The role will be employed under the Shire of Waroona Outside Workforce Enterprise Agreement Level 3 to 4 ($33.62‑$35.53 per hour) + 25% casual loading dependent on skills and experience.
