Ecommerce Coach

Remote (AUS-based preferred) or hybrid from Burleigh office

SHE-com is the fastest growing community for women in ecommerce, and we're on the hunt for a vibrant, switched-on, ecommerce pro who loves helping women win in business. We're not after a mindset coach. We're after someone who has lived e-com and can guide our members with warmth, energy, and reliable know-how.

This is not a background role. This is a front-facing, high-energy, people-loving gig. You'll be the first face and voice our new members meet inside our programs and the go-to support for their journey forward.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You
Have deep ecommerce experience, either running your own brand or managing the growth of one
Are confident coaching or supporting others, even if not formally trained as a coach
Light up on camera and in conversation. You're warm, transparent, and people feel better after speaking with you
Know how to guide, troubleshoot, and celebrate wins
Are friendly, funny, kind, and clear in your communication
Understand the rhythm of online retail and can speak ecom fluently

Here's What The Role Includes




Welcoming new members into our programs and guiding them through their first 30 days
Hosting calls, answering questions, and supporting via our community groups
Spotting trends, challenges, and prospects to elevate the member experience
Helping with payment access questions and ensuring smooth onboarding
Collaborating with our coaching and ops team to ensure members stay engaged and empowered

The Essentials
E-commerce experience is not optional. This role needs someone who gets the industry
Coaching or customer experience is a bonus
You must be organised and proactive. This is not a passive support role
Strong written and verbal communication is critical
You must love supporting women and watching them succeed
