Support Worker (Casual) – 6 positions at Gold Coast Recovery Services Centre, Eagle Heights. Casual employment under SCHADS Award – Social and Community Services Level 3.1.

Shift Availability
Day: 6:24am–2:30pm or 6:54am–3:00pm
Afternoon: 2:24pm–10:30pm
Night: 10:24pm–6:30am
Applicants must be able to reasonably accommodate all shift types.
Responsibilities
Build positive relationships that support participant self‑determination and engagement
Identify and assess risks, harm minimisation and trauma‑informed support and communicate mitigation strategies to management
Assist with daily operations, including light cleaning, room preparation, and transporting participants to appointments
Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with organisational requirements
Report risks or incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor
Qualifications
A relevant Certificate‑level qualification and/or demonstrated experience within AOD space
A current First Aid Certificate
A valid Driver’s Licence
