About the role

As a Receival Point Operator, you will manage day‑to‑day operations across our regional sites, ensuring protected, efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of grain while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the flow of grain from truck unloading to bunkers.
Operate site equipment, including front‑end loaders, stackers, and telehandlers.
Manage loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations.
Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, and site hygiene.
Follow strict safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Work collaboratively within a small site team.
Participate in a 10‑day on / 4‑day off roster, including extended hours during peak periods.

About You

Full on‑the‑job training will be provided, so prior grain industry experience is not required.

Essential Criteria
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
