Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support at our SIL home in Tugun. You will assist individuals with complex needs to live as independently as possible, supporting daily living tasks and community access.

A calm, compassionate, and qualified approach is essential. The role includes a 20-hour fortnightly roster with day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, and prospects to pickup additional shifts where available.
