About the role on offer: Corporate Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced policy and planning manager with the following key skillsets.
Develop, implement and monitor client engagement strategies & policies, internal processes and plans across institutional and retail segments, with a primary focus on institutional clients and a secondary focus on retail clients in the Australia/Recent Zealand market.
Planning, implementing and administering prospecting and servicing strategies & policies prioritising Orbis institutional clients and prospects, and thereafter, Allan Gray Australia adviser clients.
Coordinate and execute client-servicing activities including meetings, presentations,



reporting and maintaining an overview of AUM growth across the client base.
Conduct research and analysis to support client engagement, including preparation of tailored proposals, investment updates and reporting materials.
Provide insights/advice to and consulting with Orbis Australia board members on client engagement strategies.
Participate in internal discussions on potential submissions to government or industry bodies on issues impacting Australia’s national retirement savings system or financial regulations, where relevant, in support of the Orbis Australian business strategies.
Discuss and participate in client and asset consultant acquisition and engagement analysis and policies.
Oversee and develop client and asset consultant engagement policies and procedures.

Skills and attributes desired:
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial or similar.
Leadership and management skills in a corporate investment setting.
Applicants with 5 to 10 years of industry experience would be highly desired within the Policy and Planning setting.
