Position: Cyber Security Consultant – Permanent, based in Canberra.

We seek an experienced Cyber Security Qualified with a background in documentation, policy development, GRC, and governance frameworks such as the Essential Eight (E8) and the Information Security Manual (ISM). The role involves supporting government capability projects, including development of requirements, verification/validation, and certification/accreditation.

Qualifications
Australian Citizen with minimum NV1 clearance
Approximately four years’ experience in ICT/engineering
Bachelor of Engineering in Systems,



Electronics & Communications, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Software
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (writing and speaking)
Desire to learn cyber in the Defence Capability context
Experience with the Defence Capability Lifecycle (One Defence Capability System) is highly desirable but not necessary
