About the Role/n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to join our team delivering the Palmer Wind Farm project in South Australia.

/n

Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide technical leadership and project delivery expertise across electrical scopes of work, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

/n

Open to candidates: /n VIC based - FIFO 10:4 roster, site allowance + LAFHA + flights + accom + car

/n SA based - DIDO daily or Mon-Fri, accom close to site + site allowance + LAFHA +car

Key Responsibilities/n

/n

- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of electrical construction activities.

/n

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes.

/n

- Review and oversee electrical design documentation, specifications and technical submissions.

/n

- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and cost performance.

/n

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

/n

- Mentor and support Project Engineers and Site Engineers within the team.

/n About You/n

/n

- Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering.

/n





- Proven experience in a Senior Project Engineer role on large-scale infrastructure, energy, renewables, transmission, substations or industrial projects.

/n

- Strong understanding of electrical construction methodologies and project delivery principles.

/n

- Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and project controls.

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

/n

- A commitment to safety excellence and quality outcomes.

/n

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and work effectively within remote project teams.
