Service Integrated Communities | Albion Park Rail Operations Manager We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Home Services division. The role provides high‑level operational leadership across client intake, onboarding, workforce rostering, scheduling, and coordination of CHSP and Veterans’ Home Care services.

Acting as a trusted partner to the General Manager, the Operations Manager ensures smooth service delivery, workflow efficiency, and a responsive team. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role supports the preparation of reports, operational insights, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in health, community services, business or management (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within aged care, home care or community services Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver on complex work requirements Experience managing rostering, service coordination, and intake functions Commitment to continuous service improvement and innovation in service delivery models Experience developing and implementing policy that guides service delivery and operational practices Strong analytical skills,
