The role coordinates nursing service delivery, patient flow, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, safe patient care and service continuity. The NM2 leads the nursing team, provides clinical guidance, and escalates issues as needed.

It supports professional development and quality improvement within a energetic hospital group.
