As the Structural Remediation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the safe and successful delivery of structural remediation projects, ensuring contractor performance, project compliance, quality outcomes and alignment with governance, safety and operational requirements Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and field safety interactions Ensure remediation works meet approved standards, plans and specifications Support procurement activities and coordinate materials and equipment needs Facilitate contractor onboarding and maintain effective stakeholder interfacesABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: Supervising remediation, construction or maintenance activities in brownfield environments Building strong stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and workgroups Balancing competing priorities while delivering against project milestones Demonstrating visible safety leadership and promoting a positive safety culture Qualifications for this position are: Current C Class Drivers Licence South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
