HAPPY GARDEN CHINESE RESTAURANT - PARAP Supervisor, Food & Beverage Salary from $70,000 per annum
- supervise client relationships by promoting excellent service
- supervise front of house staff including reservations and delivery areas
- take reservations, greeting and seating guests
- make sure food and beverages is delivered to guests in a skilled and timely manner
- clean tables, bars, equipment, etc
- oversee proper food and safety practises and standards by staff
- generate daily and weekly reports
- train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Qualifications and Skills relevant vocational or higher qualification
- at least 2 years recent experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor
- demonstrated experience with staff supervision and customer servicing practices
- sound knowledge and experience with workplace hygiene, work health and safety and responsible servicing of alcohol
- proven ability to operate POS systems
- ability to work according to the requirements of the position
