We’re partnering with a growing community allied health provider seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys working independently and wants the flexibility to manage a diverse community caseload.
What’s on offer?
Permanent full time position
Salary of $80,000 to $110,000 + super, depending on experience
Salary review after 6 months
Up to $1,500 professional development allowance
One work from home day each week for reports and administration
Dedicated administration team managing your diary and scheduling
Supportive multidisciplinary team with the autonomy to run your own caseload
The Role
You’ll be supporting a mixed NDIS caseload across Melbourne, providing services within clients’ homes and the community. Approximately 60% of referrals are adults, with the remainder paediatric clients.
Your caseload will include:
Communication assessments and intervention
Functional communication assessments
AAC assessments and recommendations
Complex reports and funding recommendations
Swallowing and dysphagia assessment and management (highly regarded)
Travel is required across Melbourne,
with appointments located up to approximately 60 minutes from the CBD.
About You
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who:
Has at least 3 years’ clinical experience
Is confident managing an NDIS caseload independently
Can work autonomously with minimal supervision
Is proactive, resilient and organised
Enjoys building strong relationships with clients and families
