As a Shift Leader at GYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best.

Qualifications
We appreciate diverse experience, but we are specifically looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality/QSR
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for team success
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Commitment to ongoing learning and career development
