About the Role

We are seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a full-time basis, providing respectful and compassionate support to residents in aged care facilities. Successful applicants can commence immediately and will be involved in tasks including:

- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Assisting with hygiene, mobility, and general wellbeing
- Observing and reporting any changes to senior clinical staff
- Maintaining resident privacy, dignity and respect at all times

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Personal Care) – required
- Current Australian Federal Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Genuine empathy, professionalism and commitment to person-centred care
