The Role As the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the residential rent roll by building strong relationships with landlords and investors while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Generating new managements through prospecting, referrals, networking and warm leads. Conducting rental appraisals and presenting tailored property management solutions. Building long‑term relationships with landlords and property investors. Managing the seamless onboarding of new managements. Maintaining an active sales pipeline using CRM systems. Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure a smooth client experience.

About You We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: Experienced Business Development Managers within real estate. Residential Property Managers ready to move into a BDM role. Residential Sales Representatives looking for a new career path. High‑performing sales professionals from outside the industry who are passionate about property and relationship building. You’ll also bring Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.A proactive, self‑motivated attitude. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. The ability to manage your own pipeline and work towards sales targets.A current WA Real Estate Registration (or the ability to obtain one).
