What You Will Be Working On
Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service.
You'll:
- Welcome clients and assist with their comfort during visits
- Shampoo, condition and provide basic treatments under supervision
- Assist stylists with client preparation (tools and services)
- Maintain clean and organised workstations and wash areas
- Complete laundry duties, including towels and gowns
- Support day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing tasks
- Follow salon hygiene, safety and WHS standards
- Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
- Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
