About the role
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellor to provide critical incident and crisis counselling support to our client organisations. This role involves using Psychological First Aid (PFA), along with other trauma-specific interventions and approaches, to support individuals and their organisations through one‑on‑one trauma support and group sessions.

In this role, you will

Provide critical incident and crisis counselling support to client organisations.
Deliver one‑on‑one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and trauma‑specific interventions.
Respond to emergency and planned incidents, organisational changes, and disasters.
Support clients through stepped care, referrals, and organisational recommendations.





May include delivery of employee counselling, training, and consulting services.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in trauma management, psychosocial support, and counselling.
Experience in workplace assessment, intervention planning, and providing outcome‑focused advice.
Robust time management, report writing, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Able to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA).
Training in Psychological First Aid required.

Current driver’s licence and own vehicle essential.
