About the role
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Service Manager who will be responsible for providing a high level of technical and supervisory support to our Malaga team. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all field service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What you will be doing

Business Development – Identify and pursue current business opportunities to drive growth.
Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Operations Management – Oversee daily field service activities to ensure efficient delivery.
Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and support our WA team.
Strategic Planning – Develop initiatives that improve performance and profitability.
Performance Monitoring – Track operational and financial metrics and drive improvements.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.





Technical & Commercial Support – Provide operational expertise and support business outcomes.

About you

Previous experience in a supervisory position with track record of leading maintenance teams to success
Demonstrated high regard for safety, quality and continuous improvement
Proven success in business development and customer relationship/contract management
Mentor, guide and support our team of tradespersons and apprentices.
Experience with gas engines and compressors highly regarded.
Excellent communication and planning skills
Safety First leadership
Proven technical background in oil and gas industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with a commitment to outstanding service.
