What you will do:

- Coordinate and deliver all school communications across digital and print channels.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of major school events including Graduation, Year 12 Formal, Showcase Evening, assemblies and community events.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, community organisations and event partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, alumni and community partners.
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of a small team delivering communications, events and promotional activities.
- Allocate priorities, monitor workloads and support high-quality outcomes.

What you will bring:

You are a communication and marketing professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for creating meaningful engagement.

You will bring:

- Experience in communications, public relations, marketing and/or event management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating or supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Advanced digital skills, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website content management systems and design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative
