An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing design & construct builder and developer specialising in high-rise Class 2 residential developments across Sydney and Newcastle.

This role will see you leading the delivery of premium apartment developments valued at approximately $50M - $60M, whilst mentoring project teams and playing a key role in the future growth of the business. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to step into a Project Director position over time.

Role:

- End-to-end management of high-rise Class 2 residential developments from design through to completion.
- Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers across multiple projects.
- Overseeing programming, procurement, cost control and project delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and internal stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases.
- Managing contractual obligations, variations, progress claims and reporting in line with company systems and procedures.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with WHS, quality and company standards.
- Supporting business growth through leadership,



team development and succession planning as the business continues to expand.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering Class 2 high-rise residential developments.
- Experience delivering apartment projects valued around $50M+.
- Strong understanding of the design management process and delivering projects from early design through construction.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and the ability to drive project outcomes.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary up to $260k + Super DOE
