About the Role

As the Support Worker, you will assist individuals in their homes and out in the community. These are hands-on, people focused roles that are about more than tasks — it’s about building trust, bringing consistency, and helping people maintain independence, choice and quality of life. Multiple casual Home and Domestic Support Worker opportunities are available.

Duties

- Support clients with everyday tasks in a respectful, person‑centred way
- Build genuine connections with clients and their support networks
- Assist with cleaning, personal care, transport, and social activities
- Notice and communicate changes in wellbeing
- Keep clear, accurate records to support quality care

Skills & Experience

- Experience in aged care, disability or community support




- Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) for Home Support roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- National Police Check within the last 6 months
