We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our State Government client commencing ASAP for a 3-month contract.

The Role:
Working within the legal team and you will be the initial point of contact for all enquiries.

What's on Offer:

- $51.12/hour + 12% Super
- 3-month contract with possible extension
- Commencing ASAP
- Brisbane CBD based

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Manage incoming calls - first point of contact
- Explain complex legal concepts to applicant enquiries
- Complete detailed file notes
- Follow up action when required

About you:
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- Experience within a legal background- A knowledge of legal processes and procedures
- Ideally, experience in Call Centre/Customer Service
- Strong communication and the ability to explain complex information to a range of clients
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
