About the Role
Join a major digital transformation program as a Project Manager, leading the coordination of website enhancement initiatives. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will manage timelines, risks, governance and project delivery to ensure key milestones are achieved across multiple digital workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and actions across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and engagement activities, ensuring clear outcomes and accountability.
- Track delivery progress against milestones and provide regular status updates, reporting and risk escalation.
- Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, decision logs and project records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and subject matter experts to support successful project delivery.
- Support testing, review and approval processes while helping to resolve blockers and drive cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience delivering complex digital, website,
customer experience or transformation projects.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within Agile, hybrid or fast-paced project delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks early, navigate complexity and drive projects through to completion.
- Strong governance, reporting and risk management experience.
- Employee WWCC essential if offered the role
The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes in complex organisational environments. Experience supporting website enhancements, digital transformation initiatives or marketing-driven projects will be highly regarded.
