Our client, a well-established private equity-backed retail business, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong financial controls, reporting, and governance experience who can quickly add value in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain robust financial controls and governance.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow, and general ledger integrity.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial financial insights.

About You




- CA or CPA qualified.
- Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance professional.
- Strong background in financial controls, compliance, and reporting.
- Experience within retail or a multi-site workplace is highly regarded.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
