RPR are seeking Qualified Electrician to join a busy and experienced Asset Management team based at in South Brisbane. The role will be responsible for maintaining the processing plant and equipment and supporting the day-to-day production requirements of the business as part of a maintenance team. Other requirements include:
- Servicing motors,
- VFD and PLC experience
- Fault finding and maintaining package machines;
- Installing machines, connect and disconnect.
- Machine Safeguarding
- Data Cabling
- Industrial Refrigeration Electrical systems
- Boiler and Biogas electrical systems maintenance
- Fire Protection Systems monitoring
- Process Monitoring equipment fault finding
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Trade qualification CERT III Electrotechnology Systems Electrician or equivalent;
- Pay rate of $50/hr plus penalties for Saturday and Sunday shifts ($2465 per week)
- Weekend Shift (Friday to Monday)
- Current drivers licence;
- Data Cabling Licence
- Forklift,
scissor lift and elevated work platform ticket
- Self-motivated, results driven;
- Work in team environment
- Be able to work shift work and be available for overtime work.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation
- Excellent communications and technical skills;
- Ability to develop circuit drawings and read circuit drawings;
- Fault finding experience with VSDs & PLCs;
- Switchboard building experience (Desirable)
- PLC and HMI programming experience (Desirable)
- Fire systems experience (Desirable)
