Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to lead a critical ERP implementation project based at our Campbellfield office.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a major business transformation, working closely with executive leaders, operational teams, vendors and implementation partners to deliver a solution that enhances efficiency, supports growth and strengthens our manufacturing operations.

As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our ERP transformation program, ensuring successful implementation from planning and design through to go-live, stabilisation and post-implementation support.

What You'll Be Responsible For But Not Limited To:

- Lead the successful delivery of a company-wide ERP implementation project from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and key deliverables;

- Proactively manage the project risks, issues, dependencies and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle;





- Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines while minimising disruption to business operations.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities across manufacturing, production, supply chain, warehousing, finance, procurement, sales and customer service teams.

- Establish effective project governance, reporting and communication frameworks to ensure project transparency and accountability.

- Facilitate workshops, project meetings and steering committee updates to support informed decision-making.

- Coordinate testing, training, change management and organisational readiness activities to support successful user adoption.

What You'll Bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification will be highly regarded.

- Experience managing projects within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or industrial environments will be highly regarded.

- Robust understanding of ERP project lifecycles including requirements gathering, design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules,



vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite or similar.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.

- Sound organisational and time management skills – strong ability to understand and meet deadlines

- Be a team player who can work independently, take initiative and have a ‘can do attitude’
