- Support management with continuous improvement activities
- Provide training and support to stores team members as required
- Be the key contact person representing the purchasing team and supporting management as required
- Book in goods receipts within agreed time frame
- Ensure all Purchasing KPIs are tracked and on target
- Manage goods dispatch
- Close service jobs and assemblies within agreed time frame
- Complete stock counts as per finance advice
- Ensure that the stores area is clean and tidy
- Assembly/packaging of couplings, mechanical seals and other products as required
- Complete non-stores related tasks as required by management
- Management of stock across JCA
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with OHS policies and procedures and secure work practices
- Other duties as required
