Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across your territory.
You'll develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence and strengthen customer loyalty across the JAS network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting activities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements.
- Support branch and field sales teams to maximise sales opportunities and customer growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Sales teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights and sales performance analysis to senior leadership.
