Position Overview:
We are seeking an Junior Carpenter to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering premium quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry tasks for various projects, including decks, carports, and renovations, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Demonstrated experience in renovations and fit-outs is essential for this role.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Current White Card (construction safety certification) is required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Carpentry.
- Proven experience in carpentry and construction.
- Completed carpentry apprenticeship is all that is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
