Subiaco Sports Massage & Physio is a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic with a loyal and growing client base.

We provide Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, and Clinical Pilates to a wide range of clients, from everyday individuals through to elite athletes.

With two busy locations and a solid referral network, we offer a supportive environment where clinicians can grow, learn, and build a thriving caseload.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding team. This role suits new graduates, recent graduates, and experienced physiotherapists alike.

- Established client base from day one, with ongoing demand

- Minimum base wage of $80,000 (salary flexible based on experience), plus a commission structure based on weekly billables.

- Weekly, paid professional development session, plus 1:1 and group clinical mentoring

- Access to our physiotherapy gym and Pilates equipment, including reformer machines, in a newly renovated space

- No expectation of weekend work

- Flexible arrangements,

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a diverse musculoskeletal caseload

- Sports injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming

- Post-operative rehabilitation

- Working alongside remedial therapists and Pilates practitioners

- Contributing to a collaborative, team-based clinic environment
