The position of client services officer offers a range of different job opportunities, including day shift work, active/passive night shifts, cleaning shifts, cooking shifts, medication administration, personal care assistance, laundry assistance and general day-to-day assistance for clients living with mental illness, comorbidities, dual diagnoses, psychosocial disabilities, and complex needs. This position requires versatile workers who are capable of multi-tasking, working in team environments, communicating and building rapport with a diverse range of people and backgrounds in a facility setting.

The position of community support worker is targeted towards experienced, qualified, driven and engaging workers with a passion for supporting and upholding client rights, supporting clients in accessing the community based on their individual needs, and skills in working in individual and group environments.
