We are currently looking for a motivated Site Installation Supervisor with proven experience within the Modular construction industry to join our diverse and experienced team. In the role you will work closely with the Site Installation Manager coordinating the installation of modular buildings throughout the state.

You will play a critical role in our pursuit of this goal which will require you to work with all stakeholders within the business.
The role presents an excellent opportunity to the right individual to establish themselves as a key member of our team. Based in our offices in Wangara and involving travel all over the State, you will join the team at an exciting time as we look to grow our business.
The Role
The Site Installation Supervisor oversees and coordinates the installation activities at our construction sites across the state ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications and regulations. They are responsible for managing installation crews, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining quality and health and safety standards throughout the installation process. The site supervisor will also complete presales site inspections that assist in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation crews and subcontractors, providing guidance, support, and instruction as needed.
- Conducting pre-sales site inspections to assess delivery feasibility. You will recommend delivery strategies that represent manageable project risks, taking into account truck access, secure delivery methods, and the practical limitations of transporting and positioning a modular home.
- Overseeing project delivery once the site install scheduler has finalised procurement activities. You will coordinate all materials and labour necessary to complete the installation.
- Attend pre delivery house inspections and assess quality and completeness of builds.
- Lead by example in the adoption and implementation of the company HSEQ Management Plan.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Monitor installation progress, quality, and productivity, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and standards.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on installation progress, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide weekly updates to the business via scheduled companywide construction meeting.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing on-site support to resolve problems during installations.
- Complete handover of homes with clients and organising rectification of defects.
Key Skills:
- Possess a vast knowledge of modular building installation methods and requirements.
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings
- Be proficient in time management and the implementation of construction programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate installation teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision. Experience in modular installation is a must.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of construction site supervision experience is required.
- Previous experience with Databuild and Onsite Companion would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support project requirements. Note that overnight trips would occur dependant on project requirements but generally only 3 to 4 nights per month.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions.
- A broad knowledge of HSEQ requirements and an understanding of workplace safety legislation.
- A positive attitude towards workplace safety awareness and culture.
