About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Print Operator to join a busy print production facility based in Bassendean.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for candidates with previous digital print, commercial print, or print production experience.
This position offers ongoing casual work with full-time hours.
Day and Afternoon Shift rotation applies, and successful applicants must be flexible to work across both shifts as required.
Immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities

- Operating digital print equipment and production systems
- Pre-flighting and preparing files for production
- Processing small and large format print jobs
- Monitoring print quality and conducting quality assurance checks
- Troubleshooting file and print production issues
- Managing production documentation and machine logs
- Assisting with general production duties and housekeeping
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience within print production or digital printing environments
- Experience operating digital print equipment




- Xerox print experience highly regarded
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and production software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work rotating Day and Afternoon Shifts

Physical Requirements

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
- Moving and handling paper rolls throughout the production process
- Lifting and carrying ink cartons weighing up to 20kg
- Standing for extended periods in a production environment
