About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behaviours. Every day is different as you help people build skills, increase independence, and engage with their community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social participation
- Medication assistance
- Household tasks and meal preparation
- Building life skills and positive routines
- Emotional support and wellbeing
- Documentation and reporting
About You
You are empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting others. Experience in disability, mental health, or community care.
Essential Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue Card
- National Criminal History Check
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and sleepovers
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
