Experienced Barista / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and friendly Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Barista / Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the café.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.

Take customer orders and process POS transactions.

Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Restock displays and monitor inventory levels.

Support the kitchen and front-of-house team when required.

Ensure the café is presented to a high standard at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor/ Barista in a busy café.





Ability to produce high-quality coffee consistently during peak periods.

Experience with latte art.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends if required.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
