We are seeking an experienced delivery driver with a forklift licence to join our team on a casual rate, 5 days a week - 33 to 38 hours maximum.
About the Role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This position combines customer-facing delivery responsibilities with warehouse operations and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
In addition, you will assist with unloading containers, manual packing at our long-term storage facility, and ensuring goods are accurately counted for delivery each day.
The role involves manual lifting (average 15kg) and journeys will be within Victoria, mainly in Geelong, coastal surrounds and some Melbourne suburbs.
About You
Key requirements:
- Full work Rights - Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Current - full driver's licence.
- Current and valid forklift licence with counterbalance skills.
- Flexibility to assist in the warehouse to unload containers and goods.
- Well-presented and personable, with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
- Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
