About the Opportunity TheRTO Managerprovides strategic and operational leadership forHammondCare'sRTO(Registered Training Organisation), ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality,compliantand financially sustainable education and training services. The roleis responsible forleading all aspects of RTO operations, including governance, compliance, quality assurance, workforce development programs,funding opportunities, commercialgrowthand stakeholder partnerships.
The RTO Manager ensuresHammondCare'sRTO meets all regulatory requirementswhile positioning the organisation as a trusted provider of workforce education and capability development within the aged care,healthand communityservices sectors. Working closely with operational leaders and external stakeholders, theRTOManagersupportsworkforce capability needs and develops innovativetraining solutions that supportHammondCare'sstrategic priorities, workforcesustainabilityand quality care outcomes. Thisis a12 monthparental leave position based at Hammondvillewith hybrid working opportunities.
What you will be doing Lead the strategic,operationaland day to daymanagement ofHammondCare'sRTO Ensure ongoing compliance with the Standards for RTOs,
the VET Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements Represent the RTO in dealings with ASQA and ensure effective management of regulatory audits, reporting obligations, compliance activities, andresponses to regulatory matters Drive the quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of training and assessment services Identify,secureand manage external funding opportunities,grantsand workforce development initiatives Develop and grow commercial education and training opportunities Build strategic partnerships that strengthenHammondCare'sworkforce capability and industry influence Lead a culture of quality,innovationand evidence-based practice in vocational education Ensure the RTOoperatesas a sustainable, high-performing business that delivers value to learners, HammondCare and the broader Developing and growing commercial education and training opportunities Identifyingand securing external funding opportunities,grantsand workforce development programs Ensuring high-quality training and assessment practices Building strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders Leading continuous improvement,validationand quality assurance activities Managing RTO finances,reportingand business performance Supporting the development of innovative training solutions aligned to workforce need Developing RTO policy documents What we can offer you We care about your wellbeing at HammondCare and as a result offer a wide range of health and lifestyle benefits including: NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit (up to $2,650 tax free) Additionalleave purchase options and 14 weeks paid parental leave Flexible working options,

Free access to independent counselling support for employees and families Health & Wellbeing programmes Reward & Recognition programmes Referral bonuses Career and career development opportunities About you Commitment to engage and align withHammondCare'sChristian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action At least3yearsdemonstratedexperiencemanaging a Registered Training Organisation Experience leading and developing teams Strong knowledge of RTO Standards requirements and the VET Quality Framework Demonstrated experiencesubmittingregulatory reports Demonstrated experience liaising with ASQA, including coordinating regulatory audits, responding to compliance enquiries and information requests,managing rectification activities, andmaintainingaudit-ready compliance systems and practices Demonstrated experience leading compliance,validationand quality assurance activities Experience managing training delivery and assessment systems Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Commitment to continuous improvement and workforce capability development Desirable: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 preferred) Experience securing grants, fundingprogramsor workforce development initiatives Experience working within health, aged care, communityservicesor allied sectors Experienceoperatingacross multiple sites and stakeholder groups
